Who is responsible

Southern Stoves & Fireplaces is responsible for enquiries submitted through this website. Future Business provides managed website, hosting and security services and processes website data for that purpose.

You can contact the business through the secure enquiry form or the published Mallow, Charleville and mobile telephone numbers.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, the website records your name, email address, telephone number and message so the team can respond. The enquiry is stored in a private customer-management record and a notification is sent to the approved business recipient.

Enquiry information is not added to a newsletter. It is retained only for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations.

Site security

Ogham Site Security protects the enquiry form against automated abuse. A blocked attempt may create a limited security record containing the result, a masked form identifier and a shortened hash derived from the requesting network address. The submitted message and raw network address are not stored in that security record.

Necessary security processing and the storage of your privacy choice operate without analytics consent because they are required to keep the service available and secure.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics is currently inactive while shared privacy settings are completed. The browser sends no request to the analytics service and creates no analytics cookie.

If activated later and you consent, analytics may record the page, referrer, browser and device information, approximate location derived from a masked IP address, campaign labels and a small set of non-personal actions such as a telephone link click or a confirmed enquiry. It never receives your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry message or customer-management reference.

The approved activation target requires IP addresses to be masked by at least two bytes, masked IP data for geolocation, raw visit and action retention of no more than 180 days and aggregate report retention of no more than 25 months. User IDs, advertising audiences, heatmaps and session recordings are excluded.
